Manufacturing Process :

 

                 Clay lumps are mined by surface “Open Pit” by bulldozers & stacked at the mine sight.         

 

                 Lumps are grind & screened to specified size of granules

    

 

 

    Raw Granules are carried to the plant

Granules are  dried in rotary kiln about 150 to 200Temp. Where about 10 to 12 % moisture are removed & Granules becomes black in color  & Hard.
          

                     
     Furnase Oil is used as fuel.

Roasted Granules are cooled  in the hopper & then screen & Packed As per end users requirement  & stack on pellet For dispatched.

 

 

                Available sizes are 10x20, 12x25, 14x30, 20x40 BSS.
