Formulated Granuals are sink to the bottam of the water and soon come up to the water surface and carriers gradually dissolve into the water, releasing active ingradients from the granuals. In the 24 hours after application 80 % of granuals will be dispersed in the water Active ingradient spreading ove the water surface,gradually sink to the bottam forming an active layer on the surface of the soil & pass through the soil to kill root zone insects.

Due to heavy rain & wind it reduced evaporation & leaching losses and reduce pesticides level in the enviroment. there is no loss of technicals. Granulated formulation have advantage to reduce toxicity,Phytotoxicity & environmental degradation. It is highly absorbent. So during formulation it does not stick to the wall of granulator.

>	Granules are dried in rotary kiln about 150 to 200Temp. Where about 10 to 12 % moisture are removed & Granules becomes black in color & Hard.
>	Furnase Oil is used as fuel.
>	Roasted Granules are cooled in the hopper & then screen & Packed As per end users requirement & stack on pellet For dispatched.
